We will focus on getting focused and conquering your fears and ultimately offering a bold and incisive delivery from the origins of breath, to vocalics and speech clarity, to character development and nailing the "real" in your read...let's go! The challenge is to audition with 100% creative freedom and while creating a structured approach to your work encouraging a daily discipline of habit and technique. Repeatability is the name of the game while being directed in both concrete and abstract nuances. Bottom line: Get really good at what you love while building a soundscape of messaging, mindset, and madness

Lau Lapides is a Director, Producer, and Voice Talent (AEA, SAG-AFTRA) and President & Owner of Lau Lapides Company, a boutique acting & vo coaching & training studio including hybrid online and in-person workshops, seminars, and one-to-one personalized coaching & showcases in NYC, LA, Boston, and Miami* Lau is also Creator & VO Talent Agent of the new voice over division MCVO of ModelClub, Inc. Boston. Honors and Awards include: The Ad Club's Women's Leadership Forum 100 Women We Admire, "Women Who Make a Difference Award" honoring women leaders of the Babson College community, judging for the National Gracie Broadcasting Awards 3 years running, and the soon-to-be proud recipient of the Imaginaire Award for Broadcasting/Entertainment.
